Just Ask

This week, we get to hear from Mike Griffin on the Facilities/Maintenance Team:

A few weeks ago I was on my way to work, 61 degrees and sunny, and I had the top down on the convertible. I thought, “Why can’t everybody see what God has created for us?” What blessings God has given in America... if we could only get people to see it. The blessings are overwhelming!
When my neighbor asked me to help them with some things, I said sure. What can I do for you? Just ask and you will receive. It is just that simple. I finally figured it out. Just ask. Someone will help you. That is the way God designed it. People of God seem to get that. Ask and you will receive of what you need.
Forgiveness, sure.
Help, sure.
Love, sure.
I have received all these things, so I know that all is possible with God.
How are you being an ambassador of Christ to those around you, like your next-door neighbors? How have you been able to serve others by providing what they are asking for? Let us know in the comments below - sharing stories of God at work through us is a way to praise Him and encourage us all!
