Our Encore Kids Sumer camp (K-5th Grade) isn't an ordinary summer camp ... it's where learning, fun, and faith come together for the most exciting summer ever. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure!

Price: $34 a day

Registration for the Encore After School Program is completed through Brightwheel. Parents will be prompted to create a Brightwheel account to access the registration form. All billing, digital forms, and program communication are managed through the Brightwheel app.

Six Weeks of Fun, Friends & Fantastic Adventures!
Ages: Kindergarten–5th Grade

Week 1: Campout Kickoff
Campers start summer with classic camp fun—outdoor games, nature crafts, team challenges, songs, and camp-style activities that build friendships and excitement for the weeks ahead.

Week 3: Create-It Studio
Campers design, build, and create through colorful art projects and hands-on activities that let imagination take the lead.

Week 5: Brain Boosters Lab
Through exciting experiments, building challenges, and problem-solving games, campers strengthen their thinking skills and discover the joy of STEM.

Week 2: Paws, Claws, & Critter Camp
From cuddly pets to wild animals, campers explore the animal kingdom through games, crafts, and animal-themed activities.

Week 4: Little Chefs Academy
Aprons on! Campers mix, bake, and create tasty treats while learning kitchen basics, teamwork, and having delicious fun.

Week 6: Fun in the Sun Finale
We wrap up summer with water play, outdoor games, special activities, and celebrations that make lasting summer memories!

2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Encore Kids After school program (K-5th Grade) is a faith-based group that blends regular after-school activities with a spiritual and moral foundation. We create a nurturing space where students not only build skills and academic help, but also grow personally through their faith. 

To register for the 2026-2027 school year, visit the registration link below. September’s tuition payment is due in full by June 1, 2026.

Two Days a Week - Tuesday/Thursday                    
Monthly tuition $185.00 (after school – 5:30pm)

Three Days a Week - Monday/Wednesday/Friday     
Monthly Tuition $270.00 (after school – 5:30pm)

Five Days a Week - Monday – Friday
Monthly Tuition: $435.00 (after school – 5:30pm)

  • Encore is led by Krisha Gabucci, who serves as the director. With over 25 years of experience as an elementary teacher, assistant principal, and director of children's ministries, Krisha brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is supported by another staff member from Eastern Hills Church and several college students pursuing degrees in education.

  • Absolutely! We maintain a daily schedule that includes activities such as large motor free play, snack time, homework assistance, reading sessions, connection time, and engaging STEM activities.

  • Yes, indeed! Weather permitting, we schedule regular outdoor activity time. In the event of inclement weather, we utilize our spacious indoor gym to offer large motor games and other activities.

  • Certainly! Our dedicated staff supervises homework time, checks completed work, and provides assistance as needed to ensure students stay on track.

  • Yes, children are encouraged to bring their own snack and water bottle to keep them fueled and hydrated throughout our sessions.

  • Yes, our after-school program is in session throughout the school year. Additionally, we offer the Encore Kids Summer Camp during July and August.

  • We provide transportation services for students attending Ledgeview and Sheridan Hill elementary schools. Students from Harris Hill Elementary are bussed directly to our location.

  • We operate our after-school program from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate care on holidays and school half-days.
