“Those who guard their lips preserve their lives, but those who speak rashly will come to ruin.” Proverbs 13:3

We are humans and in order to communicate we talk to each other. But sometimes the emotions overtake and the evil talk comes out of our mouth which leads us to sin against our brother or sister in Christ. That’s why we need to guard our lips so we can be like Christ to others, not to lean on our own understanding, but on the wisdom of the Lord. To love our neighbor as ourselves.
