Ground Shift
LeeAnn Babirad / Production Director
Life is full of change. Just when we feel like we’ve found solid ground, the landscape shifts beneath us. It’s easy to feel unsettled or frustrated, but the truth is, change is a part of God’s design. Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” Seasons shift, circumstances change, and life rarely goes according to our plans, but God is always in control.
We are called to be both firm and flexible. Firm in our faith, trusting God’s promises no matter what changes come our way. Flexible in our approach, willing to adapt and follow where He leads. Being firm without flexibility can make us stubborn and resistant to the new things God wants to do in our lives. But being flexible without firmness can leave us directionless, swayed by every change around us.
When God asks you to shift, stand firm and remain flexible to how He might be shaping you. Trust that in every change, He is working for your good and His glory. His love and purpose for you remain constant.
