A Love Note From God

“I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord. They are plans for peace and not disaster, plans to give you a future filled with hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

I cannot tell you how many times this verse has come to me lately. 

Often when we are facing trying times, the enemy seems to rear its ugly head through any tiny opening in our hearts. I believe that is the absolute reason for this scripture to be repetitive in my life right now. 

It’s like a love note from God, constantly reminding me that I don’t need to know what will happen tomorrow or next month or next year because He does. I can trust that God knows what is best for me. I can rest in His word and be sure of His promises. 

No matter what we face (believe me, I know we face MANY challenges), let’s remind each other to take comfort in knowing that He has us in His hands.
