Oh, What A Savior!

Meaghan Randall / Worship Arts Administrative Assistant

“Oh, what a savior, isn’t He Wonderful, sing alleluia, Christ is Risen! Bow down before Him, for He is Lord of all!”

I cannot help but sing His praises and worship Him for who He is and what He has done!

For nine months I have had the blessing to watch a miracle grow and soon she will be here. As I look back on all the fears and concerns and joys and happy tears and a million different other feelings tthat have rushed through me as I prepare to bring a human being into this world, I think: I definitely could not have done this without Jesus right by my side, knowing He was standing behind me and in front of me. He is amazing! I just want to thank Him for choosing to save me, for picking me up and dusting me off, for breaking me down only to build me back up again into the woman (soon to be mom) He wanted so badly for me to be!

All of us can be so blessed to be a child of God, if we open our hearts to Him and the amazing love He wants to pour out on us! It is so simple; He does not make it complicated for us to be in a relationship with Him. So, whether today you are singing out to Him or crying out to Him, remember He wants nothing more than to love you, hold you and have a relationship with you that will last all eternity!

“For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With His love, he will calm your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” Zephaniah 3:17
