Where Hope Comes From
As I write this, we are in the month of January … and it was almost 60 degrees over the weekend and now we are looking at a snow storm this weekend. It was so refreshing to turn off the furnace and open the windows and have fresh air in the house. It gave me hope that spring was coming. Hope for warmer weather. Hope for longer days.
It reminded me exactly where I put my hope. I don’t put my hope in this world at all, especially after watching the news lately!! I put my hope in Jesus. The Bible is my source of hope. Psalm 62:5 says, “Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from Him.” Where is your hope coming from these days? Open your Bible … you’ll find the answer.
