Change

A concept I have always found interesting is that people generally don’t change once they reach a certain age. The thought that we become so stuck in our ways that we will never change has never been an appealing one to me, but for the most part it is one that I have found to be true.
There is one exception, however, and that is the transforming power of Jesus. I have witnessed people experience a change that was so shaking to their fundamental core that they did have a complete and 100% turn-around from who they once were. 2 Corinthians 3:17 says “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
I have seen so many people robbed of their freedom because they make judgments on themselves like “This is just the way I am” or “I’ll never be able to do that…” I just wanted to encourage you today to claim the freedom God has given to us, and that He is never done working on you if you’ll let Him.
He will always be faithful to complete the work He started in you.
