There are just times in life when we can resonate with Paul and 2 Corinthians 4:8 … When many things are pressing in on us all at the same time. Like Paul, we might feel like we are getting to the end of our rope, but in Christ, we are never at the end of Hope.

Our Omnipresent God is right there to uphold us with His righteous right hand. I know that when I feel like I am losing ground I have probably lost some time to be in His presence. Each word from the scriptures is the Hope I need to take that next step. I've been reminding myself a lot lately that I must "remain" in Him. "Remain in me, and I will remain in you." John 15:4

What a precious promise.

If we really think about it, He asks so little of us. He simply asks us to obey His commandments so we can remain wrapped up in His great love. And to top it all off ... He offers us overflowing joy.

So even in the midst of being pressed on all sides He's got me covered. We love and serve a truly Great God!
