Lately,
I have been receiving a lot of mail regarding the country’s political
situation. I look around and there seems to be great confusion around the
latest election. I am thankful for this great country and the democratic
process. I am more convinced of God’s involvement in the matters of men.
This
country was set up and established by God, as was the country of Israel long
ago. But to some extent both countries, to differing degrees, have rejected
God’s love. I pray that the Lord would open the understanding of the people to
seek Him first and choose the good which will keep this nation strong.
Let
us all pray for wisdom and guidance for our elected officials, for President
Trump and for all our spiritual and secular leaders as they lead us through
these turbulent times.
